I bought a carton of Capri Sun for my daughter and found most packs had no straws, even the carton had none. I went back to the supermarket, but they said nothing could be done. This is not okay. How does Capri Sun expect my daughter to drink them?

@Capri_Sun why is your 64 fl oz bottles so hard to twist open??? My palm is screaming! And this isn't the 1st time either. I had a hard time opening the last 2 bottles so it's not a 1 off thing. Please make it easier to twist off!
