Dearest mother — I am sure news has reached you about our loss to the angered Leprechaun unit. Thus, this campaign is complete. I am filled with pride. The men fought hard for months on end, and I am sure the unit’s success will grow exponentially in campaigns to come. As for me, I returned to the battlefield - and it was glorious. It’s truly where I belong. That said: tell the hogs, chickens and cows I shall be there for Christmas, so they best start decorating the house and start practicing their carols. I love you. Dearest mother — Our campaign has nearly come to a close. One final battle remains. Scouts report a group of combative Leprechauns out of Notre Dame march this way. Astonishing. We shall drill extensively — and twice as hard when a rainbow appears. They may be cantankerous, and possibly magical… but we are steadfast in our resolve. — Andrew

Dearest mother — I am overjoyed. Not only did our unit defeat the Bears draped in Gold, but we recovered a relic Axe that has a storied lore and great meaning to the men. Stupendous. Wake the hogs. Wake the cows. All will want to be apprised of this victory immediately. — Andrew

Dearest mother — Sadly, our unit fell to the tar boot men, but there has been little time for melancholy. Scouts report a unit of Bears, apparently draped in gold, are marching our way for battle. I have ordered all food be placed in trees as we drill, so there are no surprise attacks. — Andrew

Dearest mother — Following our defeat to the Panther men, we have been on the march to North Carolina to do battle with a unit who covers their boots in tar, for some confounding reason. What is more, scouts report that their general brings his sweetheart to battles — and she may even issue orders. Perplexing. — Andrew

Dearest mother — After our defeat to the Hurricane unit, we marched home to recuperate. And it was wise, as scouts report a claw of Panthers out of Pittsburgh are upon us. I’ve order some of the men to pounce from trees on the unsuspecting unit as they drill to better prepare for our opponent. — Andrew

Dearest mother — We continue our march to My-ami. The men are still drilling for the Hurricane unit in rotating formation — but I have ordered they cease simulating rain by spitting at one another. I have received your care package of spiced opossum haunches and cured owl knees. — Andrew

Dearest mother — Word of our victory reached another unit in Florida. They now seek battle. Scouts report these men believe themselves to be a Hurricane. Astounding. I have ordered the men to drill in spiraling circles to better understand their tactics. We march onward. — Andrew

Dearest mother — I am jubilant. Our unit was successful in defeating the Florida Tribe. What a magnificent moment for the men. Hard work, steadfast resolve, and, of course, Squirrel Oil, helped secure this victory. Please tell the hogs about this simply marvelous news. — Andrew
