@DoctorBenjy I'm enjoying it to be honest, it's probably the most "plug and play" football manager ever, which is probably how it's easy to keep playing. As much as I normally enjoy delving deep, it's a nice change of pace. Still not sure the "gains" graphically were worth it.

A final for the ages! Our League One Hull City take on Championship side Sheffield United, managed by Ruben Amorim, in the FINAL of the Carabao Cup in my #FM26 Journeyman. @CaptGoodspeed Make no mistake, I’m really pissed off about it, 48 hours no sleep and nothing we can do. Sky literally have a button to press to fix it.

For those on Sky internet in the UK, please complain to them that they are blocking cricket26.bas.academy which is causing our games, and anyone else’s on AWS, to fail. We’ve made many requests over the past 48 hours but they are moving very slow. In the meantime, VPN and phone hotspots appear to work - not ideal but the only workaround for now.

@RossSymons Oh I get it, but when a large proportion of your player base can't currently play, it seems everyone is losing. How many people just won't bother to switch it back on? Surely a temporary fix until the Sky issue is sorted. But that's just my view

Been around the houses on this a million times - piracy is rampant in this space and it directly threatens our ability to keep making and improving these titles. The first time we make an offline game will be the last time. Plus we also need it for the sanctity of the points/rewards systems otherwise that too would be full of counterfeit currency. I’ve lived it for decades, Cricket games are on a knife edge as to commercial viability, there is no one else stepping up because there’s no money in it. It’s broadly known that EA wanted to charge the ICC $50M USD to make a game more than a decade ago and no lines fees.
