@CaptSarahRed Oh that's exactly the route. Sign up and you can get subs, they still take revenue, and you can't get paid out, so the money you do get is locked to twitch, and they most likely will slap ads on your channel. But as far as I know, you still have to ask for it.

I really hope this ends up optional, as I do not want it.

@EmeraldRachi My concern is I cannot, and never will make money off this, and this looks like the perfect excuse for them to slap ads on my channel under the guise of "well she can use her credit to buy shit on platform" which is just a worse experience for my viewers and no benefit to me.

@CaptSarahRed I got affiliated years ago streaming IDV. And ots always weird to me this like was so limited behind affiliation

@CaptSarahRed Looks like you have to enroll, so as long as you don't do that you should be good. Side note, you don't get paid until you become affiliate anyway so the one reason you would have for getting a sub button and all the other stuff doesn't even exist.

Better, but still a terrible system. Ideally the rotating shop is a minor discount and you could purchase skins off the champion page. This rotating stock thing is exceptionally frustrating, and makes it harder to even spend money.
