@India_KTM The guys at RE called and agreed to an extended test ride. I had requested a test ride of their adventure bike on the highways, and they were willing to provide their unit for an hour, which was exactly what I had asked for. Now thats a proper customer experience. Ciao

Take a leaf out of what followed after Hillsborough disaster. It was a watershed moment that transformed UK stadium safety; more or less eliminated stampede type disasters. India sees equal or bigger, often more volatile crowds in its stadiums. The response should match the scale

They should not have just implemented the safety measures in and around the BLR stadium but in stadiums all over India where matches are held. The franchisees and state association should be held responsible in a court of law if the prescribed measures are not strictly followed.

On the subject of fan loyalty in sports, I believe there comes a point when supporters should step back from the clubs they love & support. The tragic loss of lives in last year’s BLR stampede should have resulted in safety improvements similar to what followed after Hillsborough

@amazonnow I qualified for the cashback by placing an order above ₹1400. The undelivered portion was due to your inability to fulfill the order. Adjusting cashback against the refund effectively penalizes me for something outside my control. Cancellation wasn't initiated by me.

You can buy a ₹1000 t-shirt online and return it if it doesn’t fit. But try buying a ₹5L motorcycle and ask for a proper test ride, even offering to pay for fuel and suddenly it’s “not available". Booked a slot, still no test ride. @India_KTM - that's your customer experience

In reality, replace the overheating brakes analogy with a fast-discharging battery. When either car stops for a quick charge, the car behind overtakes with a rapidly depleting battery. Last year’s overtakes were unrelated to the state of charge of the batteries in the two cars.

Folks, this movie features one of Sonu Nigam’s best songs sung in Kannada - “Baanali Badalago”. Mungaru Male still tops my list though! The movie did sort of set in motion the Shetty era in Kannada cinema. 50 First Dates, reimagined with a local, modern and relatable storyline.
