Star Wars doesn't need to go back to the old characters. Their stories are all told. What Star Wars needs is good new characters. Every one of them in the sequel trilogy was an absolute dud.

@Charl_H79 I honestly think dogs change lives, and I don't think we even realise it until we lose one. Just little bundles of joy and unconditional love. I think that's kind of what I mean about the legacy they leave too. They kind of show us how to love too.

@Charl_H79 Tilly was a brutal one to take (I guess they all are but in different ways). Was back in September 2024. I won't go into the details. This little fella has helped loads though. Took a while before we were ready, but he seemed to show up exactly when we were.

@Capt_Fishpaste Yeah you are right. She def had a lovely happy life and gave me so many amazing memories I’m sorry about Tilly, I wouldn’t wish this pain on anyone, but it’s also reassuring to hear your perspective on it now and gives me hope this too will heal.

Was the same with us. Losing Tilly was like losing your own shadow. Both in terms of her always just being there but also your connection to the world, if you know what I mean? But ultimately she had a brilliant, happy life. Never knew anything but love. Same for Daisy I'm sure and we gave them that, which is something that, in time, you'll find immense joy in. Just takes a while to get there.

@davep55898557 It's not really the weakened side that I think was so apparent in the Villa performance. Due to injuries, Spurs have been fielding a weakened side pretty much all season. It was a lack of running, attitude, application, and general professionalism that was so stark.
