@discord_support I dont think i ever added 2FA to my account at all!

@CaptainClaptan Hi there Chris! Just to clarify, did you add 2FA to your account, and then lose access to your 2FA app/backup codes, or was 2FA added to your account without your permission?

@discord_support hey so i've been trying to change my password for over 4 days now. The issue im having is i can access my email and get the password reset link. But I dont have a passkey set up with my account and dont have my backup codes. Please help.
