He used to do stuff in gaming, asked me to write a cover letter for him to land a community job at Koch Media (I didn't), then thought it was funny to sh!t all over my writing in front of other press.

@JournoJones05 Wtf. I really don't agree with the assault, but what the hell was the guy thinking? Public indecency, then telling a guy who looks like a football hooligan to f'off repeatedly. It's just asking for trouble. I'm glad he was carried off the train. Mental.

@magamidwestmom @MTGSecretLair Scalpers are awful. EBay is flooded with overpriced Marvel Secret Lair right now at 3-4x the price. A friend of mine asked why I didn't get some to sell on & I said because I want to play the game and don't want to be part of the problem. Depriving others for profit is terrible.

This is why I gave up collecting when I was younger- hate limited anything

Wizards of the Coast are notorious for how they handle Secret Lair sales. So many people were unable to order on their turn, simply because the site glitched. I found a workaround & tried to help others, but it's awful.

@magamidwestmom @MTGSecretLair I had the same thing. Opening a new tab & re-logging in worked. Within my order window it refreshed after I logged in, let me re-add Wolverine & add Ironman for a friend, then let me check out and gave me order confirmation. I tried helping others with this advice. Weird though.

@MTGSecretLair That was nerve-wracking , I’d get down to 9 min then go up to 39 min
Got into my cart & error/empty, had to log back in but thankfully I was able to get the set for my daughter who is very appreciative of my almost 2 h wait lol
Please make it easier, I’m too old for this

@sky68933 @MTGSecretLair I just refreshed at 4:59:59, added it to basket and then got popped into the queue, but yea, that doesn't surprise me. Apparently people were able to change their computer time and that allowed them in earlier lol.

This is my first time trying to get a limited release and was mildly frustrating. I'm just glad it's in my order history and showing up as confirmed now.

@1904ao @Moonxxiiii @MTGSecretLair Signed in, but when I eventually got in on a new tab, I was signed out. The new tab then let me sign back in and get it that way.
I recommend doing the same if you come across the same issue. I didn't refresh the original tab once.

Just that the word 'patience' made me chuckle, because it's a funny way of saying "Sorry, we've made you unhappy" - Maybe a better way would be registering interest via email, then Wizards randomly selecting interested folk with a link to purchase.

@CaptainCortez @MTGSecretLair Nah man, this isn’t on the consumer. The structure of how they make you interact with them is so negligent to consumers time and money. Every problem that these launches have could be *easily* mitigated by a structure change. That’s on them, not us.
