Hold on - what? If police officers think someone might be carrying explosives, protocol is to kick them in the head repeatedly like this? Is that actual police protocol? If so, how is it a wise police protocol? Can someone explain the reasoning?

Over the last 5 years or so, a bad April has ended our season. This April we played 7 games, lost 3 of them, drew 2 & won 2. The fact that we could have a month that bad & still be in the running for glory is a testament to the quality of the players & the manager. #Arsenal

2 BBC articles about 2 VAR incidents: The pen not given to Havertz, & the red card not given to Gabriel.
In both cases, the KMI panel ruled that the ref’s decision was wrong, but that VAR was right not to intervene.
Yet both headlines only highlight the anti-Arsenal ruling.
