Today the financial blacklist, the same list they put a chess grandmaster on in 2024. It exists to freeze bank accounts inside Russia. He lives in Dubai with a French passport. There is nothing to freeze. Meanwhile the Kremlin’s own Telegram channel is still posting daily to over 300K followers. They declared the founder a terrorist but still keeps posting on his app.
