This reminds us of what happened to ex ICICI chairperson when voices were raised against her .

Vikas. Chetan is only asking for a fair probe. All allegations small or big must be investigated. Not dismissed. And one more point - every negative research report is not a fight against India. But an opportunity for us to make our standards stronger and higher then ever before india 🇮🇳!

If perception spreads that India’s capital markets are compromised, will affect billions in capital in flows and indirectly millions of future jobs. Rather than conspiracy theories on who’s out to get who, it’s vital to address the issues being raised in a professional manner. Not doing so will be a disservice to India.

Did you submit any evidence of tax evasion or income not shown in their tax returns? 2. Holding a stake in an offshore entity - So what? What exactly is the allegation? Americans also buy stakes in many offshore entities. Rather many of the top US companies are operating with offshore routing of transactions for tax benefits. Don't they too have stakeholders? What is the allegation? Bring the illegality of the transactions if there is any. 3. Somebody is married to somebody - So? what is the allegation? Professionals are hired at multiple places based on their skills. Cyrill Shroff has served several bodies & committees in UPA govt as well and even for years before Karan adani got married. I have read the Hindenburg Report released today. You should too - to fully understand how foreign-funded propaganda works. As a Criminal Lawyer two things are crystal clear to me: First, there is no evidence anywhere in the Report to back the claim that the SEBI Chairperson took any bribes. Routine investment instruments have been sensationalised in the Report to create an impression of ill-gotten and opaque wealth. Second, the Report tries to spin the illusion that the mere existence of an offshore entity implies that some criminal activity has taken place. Without any evidence linking a decision or favour to the alleged beneficiary - the Adani Group - the Report clumsily recycles its own earlier claims which were debunked by the Supreme Court. No criminal court anywhere in the world would take cognisance of this “material” as no criminality is made out. With each passing day, it only becomes clearer to me that there is a desperate cabal operating in India and abroad aiming to destabilise Indian markets and ultimately overthrow Prime Minister @narendramodi. I hope, for the sake of democracy and India, that our investigating agencies are alive to this very real and present danger.

@jai_a_dehadrai The allegations are serious nature and require further investigations. U can not expect one to give u concrete proof in the first instance. There is no question of India or nation blame involved in this. Any mischief needs to validated.
