We literally just need to halt lobstering for 5-15 years and pay the lobsterman for not working, like farmers on rotational fields, and we would have an abundant supply of lobsters for decades like we did in the past.
Won’t happen because boomers won’t be around to see the fruits of holding off on eating tons of lobster since they’ll be dead.

This is how big lobsters used to be off the American east coast, 1916. Overfishing has made specimens of this size very rare. These ones are between 75-100 years old.
