Cale Makar said that both Scott Wedgewood and Mackenzie Blackwood belong somewhere in the Vezina conversation, described them as 1A-1A: “Obviously they're rotating back and forth, but for Wedgie, he's been so consistent when we needed him this year, and he went on an incredible stretch there where he was winning us so many games. You could say the same for Blackie. It's kind of tough. So I feel like both those guys should be in that conversation, but I don't know if that's ever happened before — two goalies on the same team, but maybe it'll be a first.”
