@carsyncio I'm not getting a confirmation email from your website when I'm trying to create an account. What gives?

Thank you for your support. Hosts have expressed their concerns about the matter, and they have taken the following actions you may join: A petition signed by nearly 600 hosts who have voiced their discontent: chng.it/VyztPHbTyp, A host walkout event: facebook.com/events/7499016…, Informing your account manager of how this may affect your business. Our aim is to initiate a conversation and raise awareness that collaboration and a developer program are vital steps toward a thriving market.

@carsyncio Is there anything that we hosts can do to help change hearts and minds at Turo? Such as contacting them asking them to reconsider their position? How can we support you In getting a positive outcome?

We regret to inform you that Turo has decided to remove all external API access as of April 30th. Such a decision leads to the ending of the partnership between CarSync and Turo, as CarSync will also be restricted from accessing their API. Please note that we will support you through this process as best as we can. All our features will be fully operational until April 30th. Also, we will work together with @lula_____ and @Turo on finding a solution for hosts whose vehicles are on the Off-Rental Program. We understand how important this is for you, and we will of course keep you updated on further developments. Although we do not expect them to change their decision, we want you to know that CarSync is open to talking about cooperation having the best interest of the car sharing community in mind. If they decide to have a developer program in the future like Airbnb and others, we will definitely take part. Thank you all for being a part of this journey! CarSync could not be as successful as it is without you!
