Huber's litmus test isn't AI-specific; it's smart vendor-risk discipline for any stack addition. We run exactly this before layering anything significant. Right now: piloting Anthropic's Claude in a trial format, low-dependency way. Forward progress without betting the business.

Every time you consider making a key AI tool a significant part of your business ask: Would this tool still make sense if it costs 5x as much? How disruptive would it be to stop using it completely 6 months from now? People aren’t thinking about the downstream impact.

I asked Codex 5.4 to reverse engineer a DOS game with no source code. It’s been running for 6 hours, I can’t look away. It unpacked assets, disassembled the EXE, rebuilt the renderer, and built my childhood favorite SkyRoads in Rust! Now think of all the games we can revive.

@AJmiracle202 @konstructivizm If there is, it's not a life form in the sense that we understand it. No magnetosphere means that it's constantly getting blasted by the sun with radiation. Nothing we know of can survive that, long term.
