What is the best way for a player to bring together previously warring factions like soka and ratu in order to take out a common enemy?

@RobHasApodcast @robcesternino @Carbin39 As an Iowa native, it’s nice to hear RAGBRAI getting some love. However, Gabler is from Idaho (and probably has no clue what RAGBRAI is.) Iowa=corn, Idaho=potatoes. They’re about 1000 miles apart and have very little in common except a couple letters.
