Demoulding. We inject resin at 50x atmospheric pressure to mould our carbon fibre wheels. High pressure resin transfer moulding reduces cycle times, while maintaining outstanding quality for our OEM customers.

We've brought together experts in carbon composite engineering, advanced manufacturing and OEM supply to be the world's leading producer of carbon fiber automotive wheels.

We perform over 160 in-process measurements and inspections on each wheel before it leaves our factory. ⁠ ⁠ Our state-of-the-art tracking system ensures outstanding quality for every Carbon Revolution wheel.

Freshly moulded wheel ready for tooling removal, post-cure and automatic deflashing. We've iterated our facility over the past decade to increase automation, making our processes more scalable and repeatable.

Wheels are subject to extreme forces. Reducing wheel weight must be done with advanced engineering knowledge and the best quality materials to ensure durability and saftey. Our carbon fibre wheels meet the same durability standards as OEM aluminium wheels, but they're up to 40-50% lighter.

We have over 120 patents at the granted and pending stage, protecting our designs and processes. Our IP portfolio is extensive and growing.
