@0xMiaWallace Read this book a couple of months ago, really liked the general atmosphere created by the original plot, wasn’t fan of the explanation tho I can suggest The Magus by John Fowles, takes his time but you slowly enter a maze that fucks your brain

Finished Piranesi by Susanna Clarke. At first its like hearing someone explain a weird dream to you but then suddenly it’s about memory, identity, loss, control. It sneaks up on you. I thought that writing was quiet and somehow default but then i caught myself feeling alone with him in this vast, echoing place so i guess it did something to me. First half is slow. You need some patience. Not a book for when you want action or clear answers. Still, once it clicks, it’s good, you feel serenity of some short. Stayed in my head longer than I expected. Not for everyone. But if you like weird little books that feel like dreams or puzzles, it’s worth it. Give me the next one i got 0 clue what to read next
