REPORT: Despite the hype, the Titans organization is NOT all-in on Cam Ward. He is NOT perceived as a game-changer within the organization. They would not have invested so minimally around him if he were. this is not something that organization would admit publicly as they seek to increase ticket sales before moving into a multi-billion dollar new stadium.
