I'm so sorry for your loss. Although very different, I have felt a lot of pain before and came close to taking my own life 12 years ago. I was an atheist at the time, but in my desperation, I opened myself up for help and a connection to a higher power, which slowly got me through it. Don't isolate. Help yourself by helping and connecting with others. It's the only advice I can think of, but I obviously don't know your pain. Wishing you and your wife all the best.

My wife and I lost our 17 yo son to a car accident a little over a month ago. The pain seems to just get worse. He was our first born and the light of our life. We can’t stop crying. Does anyone know anything that would help?
