@CardiacPhys_ In many, or even most, cases, extreme isochronal crowding is actually a line of block, not slow conduction (hence the split potentials), therefore forming a putative boundary for the VT. As a result, there is missing VT CL at the Dz. Target the area NEXT to the line of block!
