Being a volunteer in Welsh junior rugby outside the 'superclubs' is blxxdy hard work. A constant battle to sustain a viable team (player losses), ensuring the children learn, train & play in a safe environment & above all ensuring they enjoy it. Do I enjoy it? Occasionally...
