@CardoSystems Is it someway possible to turn down the higher frequency part of the audio? My radio and music often sounds like sandpaper on glass and it is painfull?

I had to open up my freecom4+ controller unit for some customizations. In the process I lost one of the screws, is there a way to buy a set of those screws? #AskCardo @CardoSystems

Hi @nanikore, Make sure you pair it by clicking the mobile (right button) for 5 seconds and then pair it again to your phone. What you described can happen when you enter pairing a Bluetooth intercom with the intercom (top button). Thank you, Cardo Team.

@CardoSystems wondering if you can help. I have a pair of Freecom 4+, the pillion unit has started to beep so loudly while in use and actually talking to each other, my partner has to turn it off. I can’t find anything on the support desk on the website. Can you help please?
