🗺️ International Driving Permit (IDP) for Australia. Is it really required? ❌ Had read that Indian DL Holders did not require an International Driving Permit to drive in Australia. ⭐️ However, digging deeper I noticed a couple of online posts that said that while the car rental companies don't require the IDP, law enforcement 'may' ask for it in case stopped, or in case of an event. I called a car rental outlet in Sydney and asked the lady exactly this... and she confirmed ✅ Why risk it?
