Another productive day of scrimmages. Cards beat Jefferson and Union. One more on Tuesday before home opener on Saturday vs Robbinsville. Still have plenty of things to work on. Parent meeting tomorrow

Another very impressive win today over an always good Jackson Memorial team 14-4. Lost a key piece of our team for multiple weeks. Need all to step up to keep it rolling

I have coached high school college and youth baseball for 40 plus years. Don't know if I had a better bunch of talented and good kids than I have right now at Lawrence. Absolute pleasure to coach

Great no-stride example for young hitters! Minimal movement—but still powerful & consistent. Once the heel hits, the swing looks like any other. The post-launch sequence stays the same. It’s the pre-launch stuff (stance, load, leg lift) that varies!
