@Wooltongreens we have had some rain recently which does not suit the golfers but after the greenstaff top dressed the greens this rain is the perfect tonic. These greens are now superb and will continue to get better .

I agree with that comment it was tough playing today but great to see everyone enjoying the opportunity to play at a windswept but lovely woolton gc .

@Wooltongreens course looking great greenstaff doing wonderful job. Just a sham some mindless individuals removed and destroyed young trees recently planted .

More damage last night young planted trees removed and destroyed on course. As far as the course goes it in really good nick lots of good work being done by a good team .

@Wooltongreens played golf today and course was great . Such a shame individuals damaged and stole flags sticks removed and damaged marker posts . Why do people do that ?

@WooltonGolfClub apart from continuing clearing up tree damage from the weekend the greenstaff had to clear up after individuals took flags teeblocks removed and damaged marker posts . What enjoyment do they get from destruction of property ?

@Wooltongreens why do individuals want to destroy or damage what is not there own. Flags pins tee blocks marker posts lost and damaged last night Took greenstaff 2 hrs to tidy up before getting down to their proper work .

Lots of marker posts on course removed and thrown all over the place just stupid. What enjoyment do people get by doing that ?

What a lovely day and after all the debris brought down with the strong winds the artisans have down a great job in clearing most of the debris .
