@CarePlusHP Is there no one within your company available to assist providers with removing inaccurate information from their profiles?! All we have is an email and still get no resolution. Careplus is the worst company for providers to communicate with.

@CarePlusHP let’s go! Today I live tweet. Since Mon all the care my parent has received is 15 min of physical therapy and an oxygen tank and that broke last night. Woohooo! I spend hours on the phone with reps and this is it. My parent can’t stand and go to the bathroom. #sucks
