@McDonaldsUK why is it the fries are so often so pale lately. Last time they were alright and I had gotten my hopes up. They taste so raw and potatoey. Two large fries that I redeemed with points now getting binned. Can I have the points back please?

@McDonaldsUK yet again service at McD Falkirk Glasgow Road falls way short. Place Order. Incomplete order brought to table. Find staff (not easy). Tell them they forgot the fries. "Was it medium?" Yes. Nearly finished burger - fries put down "there you go".

@McDonaldsUK I have just been into you Lymm branch with my parents they ordered a table service this got put through as click and collect and by the time this was pointed out to them all there food was cold and the way the so called manager called Olly spoke to them was like dirt
