We're proud to be working alongside the NHS and other charities to help save lives through the vaccine roll out. If you have a health condition that means you are eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine, the NHS will contact you to arrange your vaccination appointment.

its not fair on floor staff. Some are working in excess of 65 hrs per week and its an accident waiting to happen. I have group hugged many of them before lockdown, and can see most of them needing support when we come out of this x

@Heathwatch some care homes are splitting case loads so taking more classed as residential and less nursing. Care assistants handling meds but sometimes the cases have been determined wrongly. All about getting more work but paying out less in wages. x

Some care homes are operating on basic staff numbers as companies try claw money back. We get feedback of domestics doing care but no qualifications especially moving and handling. Families getting scared to speak out as floor staff been amazing

3/3 Funeral arrangements are surreal, all done over phone. Only 15 ppl allowed but scaffs lined road from ours. You miss family and friends calling and talking of your memories. A hug, a touch of a hand all missing. #Panorama #Alzheimers x
