One of my great joys in the past couple of years has been acting as a coach to the NHS #StayandThrive community of action. It's an initiative that seeks to support our brilliant internationally educated colleagues to stay in the NHS. It's getting some great outcomes. Learning from Stay and Thrive has been incorporated into the International Retention Toolkit from @NHSEmployers: nhsemployers.org/publications/i….
