Lovely family birthday celebrations today (and through the weekend), and a privilege to share my 'big day' with @IpswichTown manager Kieran McKenna, who is exactly half my age!

Great to see Mikael Mandron, who always played with a smile on his face at #colu, come up trumps with a sweet brace for St Mirren to force extra time v Celtic in this afternoon’s Cup semi. The most unselfish of strikers.

The big question is ...... will John Terry wear his full Colchester United strip to every #colu game ......
