45 min or 2 hours for a perfect workout? That’s up for debate. What matters most is whether you’re really 'there' when you train. If you can detach from the outside world, the drama, problems, plans… even the good things. If you can let it all wait, and accept that you won’t change anything while you’re in the gym anyway. If you can be 100% in the present moment. Tunnel focus. No phone. No talking. No multitasking in your head... There’s only one objective right now. Just the next set… then another, until the workout ends. Visualise the perfect one while you rest. Feel the pump. Take a deep breath. Are you ready? You know your numbers? Good. Go little heavier. Do more reps. If there’s a time to be aggressive, it’s right now. Fight this iron, mother f!!ker. Be intense. You must beat your previous best. Don’t let your mind wander... Don't run away. Stay in there. 45 min or 2 hours for a great workout? That’s up for debate. It’s about being fully there, submerged in the “present” every single moment while you train.
