One thing I found especially moving at the Juno Beach Centre was a rolling screen dedicated to Canada's Fallen of the Second World War. It takes 13-and-a-half hours to list them all.

I have been walking this trail for 40 years, we are very lucky in #auroraon to have these beautiful maintained #trails with so many stories. I'm not sure why this stump has these markings but quite lovely. The 2nd picture has been known by the neighbourhood as the giraffe tree
