@19yma19 Thanks for reaching out to us here at Carman's. All our Cereal variants are 375g. Our LS Granola does come in a smaller box even though it is 450g as it does not need as much air in the bag to prevent breakage. Have a wonderful day.

@CarmansKitchen very funny the bigger NO sugar cereal box has less in it than the smaller one. 370grams or so to 410g in the smaller one

@dwyerdairy Hi Lisa, we're proud to have been able to source a certified wheat free oat for our consumers who have a dietary requirement for wheat free products. Oats are usually grown in farms where wheat is also grown, which means there is cross contamination with wheat.

"Wheat Free Oats". Has it really come to this? 🤦 🙄😳😬 @CarmansKitchen

@dwyerdairy Consumers with a wheat allergy or intolerance are not able to have oats for this reason. These oats come from a local SA farm that does not also grow wheat during crop rotation - meaning they're free from any wheat contamination!

@CarmansKitchen I was eating my delicious protein bar when I nearly broke my tooth on this foreign looking thing! It’s not a nut and it’s really hard…any ideas?

@guru_nrl We hate that you feel disappointed! We've left a bit of extra space in the bag to help protect the flakes from breaking. They're super light & crispy which makes them fragile so the extra air ensures there's as little crushing as possible. Every box contains 375g of product.

@MsCharlie We followed up with our Teams the best we could in 2017 with the details available. Unfortunately with so much time having passed now, there's no further action we can take. We hope you've been able to continue enjoying our bars with no further issues since then! Cheers Maddi

@CarmansKitchen Howdy. Just a heads-up that I nearly broke a tooth (hurt like hell either way) on what appears to be a small pebble in one your bars a few minutes ago (see images). Less than ideal. Think I'll return the box in case it's a repeating problem. Happy to find batch#.

@CarmansKitchen I eat the Belgian Choc Brownies regularly, but just ate one that definitely had something wrong with it. It tasted metallic/vomit like. My wife and I both tried it and had the same response. The best before date is 22.04.2022 19:48

@JoelTorbay Hey Joel, we're so sorry to hear! Very occasionally due to bake variation, we can see some unpleasant flavour profiles. It's something we're working on with our Teams, so thank you very much for getting in touch and sharing your feedback - we really appreciate it.

@_KirstenCraze You're also comparing two different types of bars there, which are packed to different weights and so their lengths will also be different. We use the same size wrappers for all our bars though to help with packaging efficiencies, so the wrapper is a little bigger for some bars.

@_KirstenCraze Hey Kirsten, we haven't changed the size of any of our bars! They're all packed on weight, so its possible some might be a little shorter but thicker or wider. If ever in doubt, pop them on the scales and if they are underweight please let us know!

@ElaineWziontek A real shame to hear. We have worked really hard to develop a cereal so low in sugar, but this is not quite what consumers are used to from a flavour point of view. We'll certainly pass your feedback on and hope you can continue to enjoy other products in our ranges!

@CarmansKitchen the new Saltana and Cinnamon Flakes has blue berries in the pretty pack but no blueberries inside. Taste is very poor. Won’t be buying again.
