@CarMax Terrible unprofessional service. Reserved and paid online to ship to a location. Decided to give call back about financing through them and they messed up my order and released the car to someone else. They will sure mess up your order but not fix it.

Hey @CarMax, Kearny Mesa is a sham. I shared proof of an $11k settlement & have financing, yet Maria & team let a Salesforce bot threaten to release the car over a 48hr delay. 3 trips from Carlsbad & 0 human empathy. Your “Express” brand is broken. #CarMax #BadService #SanDiego

@CarMax I will never forget business with Carmax Service Center again. Please train your people proper customer service, how to follow up and how to complete simple repairs when promised. The service center on Anderson Blvd in Fort Worth needs serious work.

@CarMax while I was able to find a car. you guys have the absolute worst service ever. No one knows what anybody else is doing. voicemail:System doesn't work. try to set an appt and click on a button from an email it goes to a page saying to call... but has a fake 555 number

Wow, a friend just found out that the car she bought from @carmax just three months ago, with only 58K miles, needs a new engine.
It’s spent more time in the shop than on the road.
Absolutely abysmal experience with CarMax, will never shop there again.

@CarMax bought a car from your Doral 90 days ago. The driver-side DRL and turn signal are visibly dim — a safety issue. Your service center refused to fix it under warranty, saying it has to "fully fail" first. Florida law requires turn signals visible from 300 ft. Please help

@CarMax so you preapproved me for 3000 down and my payment is 375 a month. Talk to an agent solidified everything had the car shipped to Madison Indiana 3 Hour Dr. for me. I get there the agent then tells me it’s gonna be $4500 down oldest trick in the book. I will post this daly
