@LanceO47032013 Man, that is amazing. I have not fasted in a few months, but you inspired me to go again. Most I have accomplished was 4 days, maybe I will try for 5-6 days.

ended my 7.5 day fast this morning. feeling absolutely amazing. After this fast I know I can push to 10 or more days. Just not in the winter in North Dakota. I was oddly colder. This fast also put me at my lowest weight in over 30 years. I started a carnivore diet at 335 pounds for my blood pressure. came off all 5 meds in 6 weeks with my doctors help. since i have lost 128 pounds. Just 7 pounds away from being a "normal" weight.

@Carn1vorous I use an immersion blender to blend 1 egg, 1 tbsp of ghee (or you could use butter) and a pinch of salt with my coffee! It’s creamy and delicious while keeping it dairy free! You could also add a little sweetener if you use it.

Egg “Fast” Day 5 (Final Day) I started my day with a baked egg pudding (3 eggs topped with 1 Tbsp ghee) and an eggy coffee (1 egg & 1Tbsp ghee) For dinner I had 6 boiled eggs mixed with salt and 2 Tbsp of ghee. That brings me to a total of 10 eggs today. Total for all 5 days: 54 eggs #Carnivore #CarnivoreDiet #Keto #KetoDiet #EggFast

Pro tip: I eat WAY too many eggs to have to prepare them each time. Bottoms up!

This is Frank. It's been 21 months since Frank ate a fruit or a vegetable and carnivore has chiseled him so well that he could pass for a pro wrestler. Imagine someone telling Frank he's doing it wrong and he’s better off the way he was.

I am in the habit of leaving the outer layer on brisket at BBQ restaurants, as the rub is mostly sugar.

I have been almost completely cast iron for about a year. The newer cast iron does not hold a candle to the older Wagner Brand.
