@gotrice2024 Too many parents are distracted by their phones these days. I see kids running amok all the time and their parents are staring at their phones, completely oblivious.

Are we to believe this child was missing for that long before his parents knew what happened. People were saying the child must have just been curious or he was enticed by a toy he wanted. While that’s more than likely the case, it’s also the parent’s fault that he was being watched and accounted for. It only takes a split second for them to wander off like he did here in this restaurant. I think this was the parent’s fault, that kid only looks to be maybe 2 years old, I don’t think he even knows any better. His parents on the other hand should have known better, maybe next time just keep him in a high chair strapped in or accompany him if he wants to go and play.
