Went back to my old gym and thought I'd try going for my PB. 5 years apart these videos, and after 3 years of not training, I got back into it this May and already smashed my PB (72.5kg 3x > 80kg 3x). Need to get leaner but super happy with progress, and we only keep going 💪❤️
