If you've ever wondered why our technical services dept. works so well - here's one of the secrets! We have an Elf off the Shelf (otherwise known as the wonderful Melanie Johnson!) Ho ho ho!

@JimChurch2 @DrJulieHill I have been spraying (dish soap & vinegar is very effective!) larva and nymphs. Smashing any that I can.
