@flyscoot it has now been 7 months since you lost my luggage and completely ghosted me. Zero reimbursement, or customer service, zero attempts to get this luggage back to me. How can you loose luggage and be so unresponsive, literally the worst airline! @SingaporeAir

@flyscoot 5 months since my bag is missing, 2 months since I have had a response about a reimbursement, despite full receipts of the entire contents. No bag and no refund! Just public responses on Twitter in an attempt to save face! @SingaporeAir @ChangiAirport

@flyscoot are an absolute joke! Lost my bag in July this year. I contacted their claims team with all receipts for the entire contents (all items were new as replacement items for a lost bag earlier in the trip) over $2000 and @flyscoot ignore emails, over and over again!!!

@flyscoot @SingaporeAir I still have not had a response about my lost bag or reimbursement! YOU lost my bag, I paid for a service. YOU should be locating my bag and providing a reimbursement for the replacement good I’ve had to fund and my missing times! Missing 4 months….

@AerLingus You can only upload one receipt at a time using this form. I have 10+ receipts. This is a pointless and time consuming task I should not have to undertake because @AerLingus lost my baggage. Please assign me a case manager I can send these to via email ASAP

@AerLingus I have only been able to add one receipt to this claim… why is this process to difficult. I am out or pocket thousand of dollars and your website allows one receipt… I still have no bag and no reimbursement. What a joke! @AerLuggageHelp
