Dear @ScotRail all I want for Christmas this year is for you to please do something about improving the state of Glasgow artist Willie Rodger’s mural at Exhibition Centre Station. We exchanged tweets about the condition of the artwork in March 2024 but since then it’s only gotten progressively worse. Given that last year 1.773 million people used the station to get to places like the SEC, it’s not a good look for Glasgow and nor is it for you as the mural was commissioned by you, Scotrail, in 1988 for the Glasgow Garden Festival. Considering this year is the 850th anniversary of Glasgow securing Burgh status, and the mural’s 29 panels depict over one hundred years of Finnieston's history, perhaps it might be a nice gesture to Glaswegians to do something about it especially as no one else can gain access across a live railway line?

@AvantiWestCoast My sister & her daughter have are on one of your trains from London Euston to Glasgow (they have an onward journey to Inverness). They made seat reservations but due to earlier cancellations, 2 people are sitting on their seats & were aggressive towards them.

Hello @CllrPaulCarey @AnneMcTaggart23 Live in a flat in your ward and now have no means of recycling food waste as on-street food waste bin has been removed from Anniesland Road (probably due to drivers fly tipping & using it for their McDonalds packaging).

I’ve been into the app/ website and I have no way of reporting this. Methane from food decomposing in landfill is a driver for climate change & from memory Glasgow has the worst record on this of all local authorities. Please can you advise. Thanks

@ScotRail That seems inflexible - I’ve torn my ACL so got a taxi from my flat to Partick. Partick is on the same route but two stations nearer Edinburgh.

@ScotRail Hi Hayley. this isn’t a fault nor is it the customers fault. It’s lack of a proper cleaning regime. These photos were taken weeks apart. The first one today.

@CarolineTNoble We always aim to have the toilets fully operational, but faults can occur. Toilets are cleaned regularly to a high standard, and we ask that customers leave the facilities in the condition they find them in. ^Hayley

@ScotRail Hi Hayley I’m on the 7:45 train from GQS to Edinburgh Waverley, I have a knee injury so I wasn’t going to bother reporting it but I’ll ask the ticket examiner when he checks my ticket. Do you not have Squire inspectors any more?

S4 and S5 had a great morning at the National Construction College with @DYWLED. We learned a lot about the flat roofing industry and got to see the excellent resources 👷‍♂️
