Sad for the #TorontoBlueJays and entire country. They played with such skill and heart. Lost the World Series by mms- not inches. They deserved it & deserve all Canada’s appreciation & respect. As one commentator said- “the baseball Gods got this one wrong”. #MLBworldseries

Had the great pleasure of interviewing Annie in 1992 when Diva came out. I remember how lovely and down to earth she was. Despite being an ‘icon’ ,she talked of the dangers of believing in our own mythology. Knew it then and obviously still does. Smart woman. -#annielennox
