Yesterday was a not great day for a fell run near Pontfaen near Brecon. Cold rain and mist and you had to be dedicated just to turn up! However a great event to sponsor. Congratulations to everyone who finished. Hope you all enjoyed the rather appropriate lemon drizzle cake.

How local? Organic flour from near Crickhowell, milled in Talgarth, baked by us with seeds. Great taste! and more at Usk market Sat 7 Nov.
