@Aetna I have spent 10 hours on the phone over the last 4 days trying to get an answer on whether my appeal has been expedited to 72 hours or the standard 30 days. I was supposed to have surgery today, instead it has been delayed to Wednesday. I have lost wages arranging...

@Aetna , please expedite my appeal and issue a decision by the 72 hour mark tomorrow. I am begging you as your member to take care of me and not make me miss more work, time with my son, or distress trying to resolve this issue

submitted on the 11th. The doctor himself has been calling the senior analyst directly every hour today with no answer. I have reference numbers for all of this.
