@AetnaHelp I don’t see a message & I’m already in contact w/ Executive Response Team who now claims the dermatologist required the referral. My dermatologist doesn’t require a referral because it’s against Fl law to do so! Aetna delays, deflects, denies & then blames others when caught.

After #Aetna’s deceptive delay tactics claiming my plan required a PCP referral (that took months 2 get as a new patient) it turns out FL 641.31(33) requires members be given direct access 2 dermatologists #deceptive #breachofcontract #illegal #reckless #CVSHealth #FAIL #badfaith

If you want to know how broken the health insurance industry is, check this out! My youngest child went to the hospital by ambulance in an emergency, but @Aetna denied the claim: "Your plan doesn't cover this service without a referral." Not sure how to get a referral in an emergency. What a head-scratcher!!
