Traditionally, a man is expected to lead, protect, provide, and create stability for his family, while a woman is expected to nurture the home, maintain peace, and help hold the family together. Both roles matter because a successful relationship is built on teamwork, not competition. Disagreements are normal in every relationship. Two different people can never think alike all the time. The real problem is not the misunderstanding itself, but the unwillingness to handle it maturely. When someone is wrong, they should apologize sincerely, and the other person should be willing to forgive so both can move forward instead of turning every issue into a battle of ego. Nowadays, many people want the benefits of commitment without accepting the responsibilities that come with it. Some men no longer want to carry responsibility or provide stability, while some women no longer value building and maintaining a peaceful home. At the same time, pride has become stronger than accountability; people would rather protect their ego than protect their relationship. A healthy home only works when both people are willing to sacrifice, communicate, respect each other, stay loyal, and play their part. No marriage survives on love alone; discipline, patience, responsibility, and understanding are what keep a family together. WE HAVE THE MANUAL WE ONLY CHOOSE NOT TO FOLLOW THE GUIDE
