@BTBusiness absolute joke. leaves us without internet for a week then tries to fob us off with a pathetic payout. Ask to see a copy of complaint I made as owner / director of my business and they refuse due to GDPR. BT Business hiding??
@BTBusiness left my business without internet for 5 days which crippled us. I complained. They tried to ‘resolve’ by offering me £75, then £168 in credit. Repeated requests to see a copy of my complaint & contract are met with ‘leave it with me’. 2 weeks later. Still waiting.

@BTBusiness absolutely dreadful service. Internet swap over should have occurred yesterday. Been fobbed off with lies about engineers completing work (this was completed at 10 yesterday). Now waiting for order team to get their act together. Losing revenue and getting nowhere.

@BTBusiness Our account was not live but could look at the notes. He informed me that the wholesale order had been completed at 10am. In other words the engineer had turned us on at 10am and the hold up was with the orders team who had not completed their side of the work. So the advisor who

At 6.01pm I called the business line. They’d all gone home. So I spoke to a guy in the faults dept. He couldn’t help as
