We discovered that there was still some wireless issues with some of our new wireless. All of that should now be resolved.

We think all systems are back up or will be within the hour. If you know of something still not working please email ithelpdesk@cn.edu.

So we thought all email was back up however we are finding but student email may still be down. What is down is not necessarily the email but the login to the email. Please share this post with other students if you can.

Here's to small wins. Email is back up but all other systems still down. We are still working on it. New ETA is lunch time Saturday. Fingers crossed.

Technical engineer is now on site with the parts. We are hopeful the system will be up within the next hour.

It's been a long day for us and you all alike. I hope you enjoy the rest of your reading and study day. At this time we believe all services have been fully restored.

Internet still out. It's a good portion of East Tennessee. I wish we could do more but are simply waiting on Charter to find and resolve the problem. We will continue to update here as we get more information. -David

Internet outage on campus. Looks like our connection to our isp. We are currently working with them to restore connectivity.

Two internet outages this morning due to power issue and a needed upgrade to help prevent it from happening again. We will be monitoring this issue today to try and catch any future signs of instability.
