Carter Austin

I saw 2026 SS @CarterAustin04 of @BaseballRSC twice this past Varsity season, and after watching his glove work, I knew I wanted to work with him. Plays the position with good energy and instincts. Made some very tough plays in the hole. With the bat, he needs to work on finding the barrel more consistently, but his overall approach is solid. Long ABs, tough out, just needs to get stronger and make more consistent hard contact (get into legs more) Good speed, 6.97 60 yd, good first step, soft hands. Top Exit Velo was 85, averaged 80 mph. Playing JR Legion ball Post 74 this Summer. 3.3 GPA, interested in Welding/@jucoroute
