Stepping into my role at $GTVH this past week, the focus has been clear, establish structure, gain full visibility, and keep execution moving. Over the last several days, we’ve been working through internal operations, reviewing remaining legacy matters, and identifying what needs to be addressed. Over the next week, we will be focused on evaluating the share structure and determining the appropriate path forward to address it. At this point, three legacy items remain and require immediate attention: • One litigation matter • Two newly surfaced items related to Destino Ranch and Lavish Entertainment. • The remaining note holder These items are being addressed directly and with urgency. The objective is to resolve them properly, close them out, and eliminate any legacy remaining overhang. From there, the focus shifts fully to execution on a clean and stable foundation.
